Wednesday afternoon was another get together with all the host families and children. LNCR has seemed to organize about 2 events each week which is so great for the kids. We, unfortunately, could only stay for about an hour. We missed out on the food and most of the swimming activities because Madina had a dental appointment in Huntersville. This wonderful home for the event was in Statesville (out in the country). It was very beautiful and I wished we could have stayed. It was an hour there and an hour back. We did have the good fortune to take both interpreters (Orbal and Nargis) back with us. We dropped Nargis off in Mooresville for a dental exam for another child. We took Orbal to the dentist with us in Huntersville. This was the best part of the day for me. We had such a nice visit with these young ladies in the car. They are fascinating to me.
